  • ½ cup sparkling water or club soda, added just before serving

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash, core, and cut the two green apples into ½-inch cubes.
  2. Rinse the green grapes thoroughly and halve them.
  3. In a large pitcher, add the chopped apples and halved grapes.
  4. Pour in apple brandy over the fruit mixture in the pitcher.
  5. Mix in orange liqueur and stir gently.
  6. Add simple syrup to balance the tartness and adjust to taste.
  7. Pour in the entire bottle of dry white wine and stir gently.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  9. Add sparkling water just before serving and gently stir.
