Preparation
- Chill your coupe or champagne glass by placing it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes.
- While the glass chills, peel a strip of lemon zest and twist it over the glass.
- Optional: Rim the glass with sugar by moistening the rim with a slice of lemon and dipping it into granulated sugar.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, crème de cassis, and lemon juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into your chilled glass.
- Gently pour in the sparkling wine on top of the mixture.
- Add the prepared lemon twist and optional edible glitter for garnish. Serve immediately.
