Method
 

Steps
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the crushed Oreo cookies to the cream cheese mixture and fold gently.
  4. Sprinkle in vanilla protein powder and mix until you get a uniform dough.
  5. Slowly add milk until the dough is moist but not sticky.
  6. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Shape the chilled dough into one-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
  9. Optionally, roll the balls in powdered sugar to coat.
  10. Drizzle melted chocolate over the protein balls if desired.
  11. Chill the protein balls again for 15-20 minutes to set the chocolate.
  12. Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freeze for later.
