  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash your Roma tomatoes thoroughly and slice them in half, arranging them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  3. Chop the white onions and jalapeños into small pieces and scatter them around the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables on the baking sheet.
