- Slice the cleaned apples into approximately ¼-inch thick slices and then into fry shapes.
- Toss apple slices with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to prevent browning.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together ¼ cup of all-purpose flour, ¼ cup of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
- Whisk the dry ingredients until fully combined and no clumps remain.
